“EVO One speaker and interconnect… provide an ear-opening experience for those who may have thought the door to such excellence would always remain firmly closed. One of the most musically significant and satisfying, okay, interfaces that I have heard at any price.” —Neil Gader, The Absolute Sound

EVO One – The evolution of the venerable Shotgun S1 – In a rave review by Paul Candy for 6moons.com, Paul lauds the Shotgun S1 speaker interfaces (and interconnects), the (17 pole) backbone for EVO One. Shotgun S1 has evolved into the EVO One, requiring an input and an output enclosure to house the additional (33 pole) networks. With 50 poles of articulation EVO One rises to the best of the EVO series.

Finished with the latest SL series ICONN connector system with spades and bananas, it is completed with anodized red and black shells to indicate polarity.

Also Available in Bi-Wire Configuration. Sold in Pairs.

Features and Benefits

50X Multipole Technology Inside

Multipole Technology

It’s like having multiple cables in one! Instead of a single cable that has one point of best articulation falling “somewhere” on the audio spectrum, Multipole technology further extends the articulation bandwith so you may enjoy “more of the music”.

iconns – new concept in connectors

Whether you need spades, bananas, or pins, the MIT® iconn™ system provides a quick and easy solution. The Pin-Base is threaded to accept all, making speaker interfaces work in any system configuration. Provided with red and black boots for a finished look.

2C3DTM Networks – preserve high frequency detail, creating palpable images of multiple voices and instruments which are portrayed independently within a lifelike and three-dimensional soundstage.

High Definition – networks optimize the musical intervals within each octave, resulting in a High Definition (HD) presentation. MI-2C3DTM interfaces excel at
maintaining the timbre of the individual building blocks of the musical foundation of the recording, allowing your system to reveal the true textures of a musical piece from its foundation, on up.

Stable Image Technology™ (SIT) – ensures that the imaging quality of the overall system is stable over the widest possible dynamic range of the audio signals.

Jitter Free Analog™ (JFA) – The synergism of the MIT network technologies results in what we call Jitter-Free Analog. The effects of this network synergy are increased clarity, focus, and stability of images, with accurate depth localization being particularly noticeable.

Multipole Graph C

Graph A: represents the bandwidth of an 88-key piano, highlighted in blue, as it compares to the audible range of the human ear. We use this graph to describe how well a cable articulates across the audible bandwidth.

Graph B: Standard (single pole) cables have a relatively narrow region (yellow arch) where the cable is articulating ideally. Note that the blue area remaining is considered less than ideal in terms of articulation.

Graph C: Using MIT’s Patented Multipole™ network technology, MIT engineers add additional poles / points (6 shown) of articulation to further extend the articulation bandwidth of your audio system so that you may enjoy all of the music.

Reviews and Accolades

Shotgun S1 – the backbone of the EVO One

” Many audiophiles have pondered on the mystery contents of those black boxes. Some have even cracked them open, posted pictures on the Web and expressed disappointment on finding mere inductors, caps and resistors. What were they expecting? Dilithium crystals? It should become obvious to anyone who takes the time to browse MIT’s website what’s in these boxes….”
